基于PROMETHEE方法的水利工程分包单位评价与模型建立的研究

Research on Evaluation of subcontractors of water project and Model established based on PROMETHEE method

水利工程项目建设情况复杂,且分项工程较多,因此承包商对分包单位的选择十分重要,为提高决策科学性,对分包单位进行定量定质的评估具有必要性。本研究针对水利工程分包单位的特点,提出了对分包单位的评估指标体系。同时,建立熵权与PROMETHEE组合应用的评估方法,该方法兼具熵权计算的客观性和PROMETHEE偏好函数确定的灵活性,可充分应对水利工程中分包单位选择的复杂情况。本研究还通过实例验证了方法的可行性,对PROMETHEE完全排序结果和GAIA图进行分析,验证了该方法适用于实际工程。熵权-PROMETHEE作为决策分析方法可以为水利工程建设中承包商对分包单位的选择提供理论技术支持。

The water conservancy project construction complex,and many sub-projects,thereby allowing the contractor to sub-unit of selection is important,to improve seientific decision-making,to subcontractors quantitative and qualitative assessment have necessity.In this study,the characteristics of the sub-units of the water project, proposed evaluation system for subcontractors.At the same time, the establishment of evaluation methods PROMETHEE Entropy and composite applications,which combines the flexibility of objectivity and PROMETHEE preference function determined entropy calculation,can adequatel tions in hydraulic engineering subcontractors selected.The study also verified the y respond to complex situafeasibility of the method by way of example,the results of PROMETHEE and GAIA fully sorted diagram analysis proves that this method suitable for the actual project.Entropy -PROMETHEE decision analysis as a way to water conservancy construction contractor to select subcontractors to provide technical support for the theory.
