摘要
依据《防洪法》等有关规定,对河道管理范围内的建设项目和位于河流影响范围内的重要建设项目应进行防洪影响评价,重要的防洪工程应运用数学模型分析计算。选用数学模型时,可根据实际情况,在满足工程实际的需要条件下,适当的选用一维或二维数学模型。本文运用二维数学模型对吉林油田新民采油厂拟在河道滩地内新建油井工程进行壅水计算,并采用经验公式法进行校核。结果表明:对于河道内复杂地形及建筑物的防洪评价壅水计算,相比二维模型计算结果,经验公式计算结果偏小,采用二维模型计算结果进行防洪评价,结论更安全、可靠。
According to relevant provisions of the "Flood" and other construction projects within river management area and located within the sphere of influence of important river construction project flood protection impact assessment should be carded out,it is important flood control projects should be used to calculate the mathematical model.When chosen mathematical model ,according to the actual situation ,to meet the needs of practical engineering conditions, proper selection of one-dimensional or two-dimensional mathematical model. This paper uses a two-dimensional mathematical model of Jilin Oiffield Xinmin Oil Production Plant to be built Backwater calculation works well within the fiver beaches ,and check empirical formula method.The re- sults show that:in the river for flood control and evaluate the backwater difficult terrain and buildings result of the calculation results compared to two-dimensional model to calculate the empirical formulas small,two-dimensional model of flood protection evaluation results, the conclusion is more secure and reliable.
