二次ERCP对初次胆管插管失败患者的价值评估 被引量：2

摘要 内镜逆行性胰胆管造影术（endoscopic retrograde chdangiopancreatography，ERCP）是胆胰疾病的一项重要的诊断和微创治疗手段，而胆管插管成功与否是ERCP得以顺利施行的先决条件。当存在着结石嵌顿、小乳头、憩室内乳头或壶腹部肿瘤侵犯等情况时会造成不同程度的乳头插管困难，甚至插管失败，而且手术并发症发生率增高。
