摘要 胰腺囊性肿瘤（pancreatic cystic neoplasms，PCNs）是具有显著的生物学特性且由不同成分组成的肿瘤，大体上分为上皮性和非上皮性，临床上常见的PCNs主要为上皮性，包括浆液性囊腺瘤（serous cystadenoma，SCA）、
