摘要
针对机电设备状态监测集成化与智能化的需求,以DM642为内核,围绕视听信号处理搭建了由视频/音频信号处理模块、存储器扩展模块、外部接口模块等组成的嵌入式视听传感系统,提出了基于改进帧差法的运动检测方法及异常声音识别算法;测试结果表明,系统对机电设备运行状态能进行有效监测,对故障现象进行合理识别。
Aiming at the demand of intergration and intelligentialize in mechatronical device status monitoring, an embedded audio visual sensing system with DM642 and audio-visual signal processing as the core was structured, an algorithm of abnormal voice recognition and a method of moving object detection based on improved frame difference were proposed. Test result showed that operating condition of mechatronic system could be monitored effectively, the fault symptom could be identified reasonably.
