摘要
法治是国家文明的象征,是治国的基本方略。党的十八大以来,习近平总书记在系列讲话中突显出其中国特色社会主义的法治思想。从立法与法治、权力与法治、司法与法治、人权与法治、守法与法治等诸多关系去梳理其法治思想中的新思维、新突破,对法治中国的建设,提高国家治理能力都有着深刻的意义。
Law-based governance is the symbol of state civilization as well as the basic lines for governing a country. And the thought of socialist rule of law with distinctive Chinese features is stressed in the series of speeches by Xi Jin-ping after 18th CPC National Con- gress. And sorting out the new thinkings and breakthroughs from the relationships such as law-making and rule of law, justice and role of law, human right and role of law as well law-abiding and role of law, and so on plays an important role in building law-based China and improving the governance of our China.
