基于游客满意度的遵义乡村旅游发展策略探讨

On the Means to Developing Rural Tourism of Zunyi on the Basis of Tourists' Satisfaction

伴随着社会经济的发展,乡村旅游已经成为遵义市旅游业的重要组成部分。遵义市的乡村旅游如何实现高效发展是一个值得探讨的问题,提高游客满意度无疑是实现遵义乡村旅游高效发展的一条重要途径。文章通过对乡村旅游中影响游客满意度因素的分析,对遵义乡村旅游存在的问题进行诊断,并提出了相应的发展策略。

with the development of social economy, rural tourism has become an integrated part of tourism industry in Zunyi. How to develop the rural tourism in Zunyi effectively should become a problem deserving to be explored, and improving tourists＇ satisfaction, without doubt, is an important means to serving that purpose. The author of this paper makes an analysis of the factors affecting tourists＇ satisfaction and of the problems in rural tourism of Zunyi, and propounds corresponding developing strategies.
