The Demand Analysis and Function Design of Reservation Examination System in the Open University

为实现"为学习者提供方便、灵活、个性化的学习条件"的要求,国家开放大学在考试考核这个检验教与学质量的总闸门上,打出了与信息技术高速发展与普及相适应的改革组合拳,其中之一,便是2012年秋季学期起开始的预约考试试点。试点之前,国家开放大学考试中心在河北、浙江、吉林、福建、天津等省市做了问卷调查,完成了需求分析,并在此基础上在系统结构、报考模式、缴费模式等方面进行了功能设计。

In order to provide convenient, flexible and personalized learning environment for learners, the Open University of China has taken a series of measures, in the overall control of assessments and tests inspecting the quality of teaching and learning, to coordinate the reform adapting to the rapid development and popularization of information technology. One of them is to promote the reservation examination pilot in autumn semester 2012. Before the pilot, the Exam Center of the Open University of China made a questionnaire investigation in Hebei, Zhejiang, Jilin, Fujian and Tianjin. The demand analysis is made and function design of system structure, application and payment mode is completed.
