摘要
优化NY／T761—2008标准关于有机磷类农药残留检测的方法。样品用乙腈提取并减压旋蒸后，采用DB-1701色谱柱程序升温分离后测定。在本试验条件下，八种有机磷类农药得到较好分离，该方法的回收率REC为89．5％～107．1％，精密度RSD为1．4％～6．7％。
The objective was to optimize the NY/T 761--2008 standard method to improve the residue determination of organophosphorus pesticide. The organophosphorus pesticide in sam- ples were extracted with acetonitrile, and then reduced pressure distillation using rotary evapora- tor, and finally separated on a DB--1701 column with temperature programming. 8 organophos- phorus pesticide could be completely separated under the condition of GC. The recovery of the method were 89.5 % - 107.1 % , the relative standard deviations were 1.4 % -6.7 %.
