摘要
目的观察瓜蒂有效部位对嗜酒犬的戒酒作用。方法采用嗜酒模型犬,随机分为模型对照组(5%羧甲基纤维素钠2.0 m L·kg-1),阳性对照组(硫酸铜30.0 mg·kg-1),瓜蒂有效部位低、中、高剂量组(分别为2.5、5.0、10.0 mg·kg-1)。喂食后1 h灌胃给予受试药物,每日1次,连续给药7 d。给药期间每日测定犬的摄食量、体重等各指标变化。给药7 d后再连续3 d定量(每日30 g·kg-1)给予含酒食物和不含酒食物,测定摄食量及体重,评价模型犬对食物的偏好程度。结果给药后,阳性对照组和瓜蒂有效部位的低、中、高剂量组嗜酒模型犬的体重均未明显降低,与模型对照组相比无显著差异(P>0.05);瓜蒂有效部位的中、高剂量组和阳性对照组较模型对照组酒精成瘾度均显著降低(P<0.01),瓜蒂各剂量组间随剂量增大,酒精成瘾度越小(P<0.01)。结论瓜蒂有效部位可减少酒精依赖犬的含酒食物摄食量,有戒酒治疗作用。
AIM To observe the alcohol withdrawal effects of the effective composition of the Muskmelon fruit pedicel in alcohol-dependent dogs. METHODS In order to survey the alcohol withdrawal effects of effective composition of Muskmelon fruit pedicel, the alcoholdependent dogs were randomly divided into model group (5% carboxymethylcellulose sodium, CMC- Na 2.0 mL ·kg^-1) , low, middle, highdose of Muskmelon fruit pedicel groups (the effective composition 2.5, 5.0, 10.0 mg·kg^-1) , positive control group (copper sulfate, 30.0 mg·kg^-1) . The dogs were gavaged with the tested drug after feeding one hour once a day for seven days. The change of food intake and weight were detected each time a day. After that, administration of a quantitative basin (30 g·kg^-1 per day) containing alcohol food 3 days laterand compared with the administration of food without alcohol, food intake and weight were calculated to evaluate its preference for food. RESULTS There were no significant changes in the dog' s weight in each drug treatment group and positive control group, compared with the control group (P 〉 0.05). The percentages of the food containing alcohol in the total food intake in the positive control group and Muskmelon fruit pedicel groups were significantly decreased than in the model group (P 〈 0.01), and high-dose group were lower than the other groups (P 〈 0.01). CONCLUSION The effective composition of the Muskmelon fruit pedicel could decrease the degree of alcohol dependence in the alcohol-dependent dogs and treat it.
