技术规范对起重机械1级焊缝无损检测的要求

The Lifting Machinery Technical Specifications Requirements for Level-1 Non-destructive Testing of Welds

近年来,有关部门对起重机械的一部分技术规范进行了修订,制造单位和监管部门对起重机械1级焊缝的无损检测要求存在理解不准确的现象,笔者从技术规范的要求、检测部位的理解、与相关专业标准的比较、焊接工艺评定、检测母材厚度及其它方面进行了论述。以期达到规范行业内起重机械制造符合国家的技术规范要求,保障起重机械安全运行的目的。

In recent years, part of the technical specifications of lifting machinery have been revised. There are some inaccurate understandings of requirements for non-destructive testing of lifting machinery welds between manufacturing plants and supervision departments. This paper discusses the technical details in terms of technical specifications, understanding of test site, comparison with the relevant professional standards, welding procedure qualification, testing the thickness of the base material and other aspects. It is expected to make the requirements of the lifting machinery manufacturing industry specifications in line with the national specifications and ensure the safe operation of hoisting machinery.
