基于夹点方法和遗传算法的换热网络综合研究

摘要 利用遗传算法对换热网络进行求解,由于变量众多,解空间非线性、非连续性等问题,求解速度慢,容易陷入局部最优解。本文将夹点方法和遗传算法相结合,利用夹点方法初步估计出目标值和各决策变量,且把换热网络分为两个子网络区域,使遗传算法在解空间上缩小了搜索范围,更能快速有效找到全局最优解。 The paper uses pinch point analysis to get the optimal pinch temperature difference and pinch temperature of heat exchanger networks. Thus, the problem is divided into two different regions, above and below the pinch. The total cost objective and decision variables are estimated. The pinch method gives a feasible solution space for genetic algorithm(GA). GA can find the global studied. The result shows that the proposed method finds optimal solution quickly based on pinch analysis. A case is a better solution than those presented in the literature.
