五柱塞式秸秆燃料成型机可行性分析

摘要 将传统理论计算与虚拟仿真模拟相结合,利用Solid Works软件对三柱塞和五柱塞两种秸秆燃料成型机的冲压机构模型进行动力学仿真分析,得出主轴受力和工作所需的平衡力矩曲线;利用得出的分析结果进行理论计算,将所得结果进行比较,得出五柱塞式秸秆燃料成型机分析的可行性。 This article mainly completes feasibility analysis for five-plunger-type straw fuel molding machine. Five-plunger-type straw fuel forming machine has been put forward according to three-plunger-type straw fuel forming machine which had been succeed in developing. Research approach combines traditional theoretical calculation with virtual simulation. Analysis of process is firstly doing dynamics simulation analysis of the pressing mechanism, getting spindle force curves and balance required for spindle torque curves by Solid- Works; Finally, doing theoretical calculations by using analysis results, comparing the calculative results, and getting feasibility for five-plunger-type straw fuel molding machine.
