加味四苓散治疗糖尿病黄斑水肿的临床价值研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的分析探讨采用中药加味四苓散治疗糖尿病黄斑水肿患者的临床效果及应用价值。方法 50例(96眼)糖尿病黄斑水肿患者随机分为对照组和试验组,每组25例(48眼)。试验组采用中药加味四苓散治疗,对照组采用球周注射曲安奈德(TA)治疗,分析比较两组患者治疗1个月后的临床治疗效果。结果治疗后两组患者的各项指标较本组治疗前比较,均得到明显的改善,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);但两组治疗后组间比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论采用中药加味四苓散治疗糖尿病患者的黄斑水肿短期内具有一定的疗效,但与球周注射TA治疗方式在疗效上无明显差异。 Objective To analyze and investigate clinical effect and application value of flavored Siling powder in the treatment of diabetic macular edema. Methods A total of 50 patients (96 eyes) with diabetic macular edema were randomly divided into control group and experimental group, with 25 cases (48 eyes) in each group. The experimental group received traditional Chinese medicine flavored Siling powder for treatment, and the control group received triamcinolone acetonide (TA) by peribulbar injection for treatment. Clinical effects after 1 month of treatment were compared between the two groups. Results Comparing with indexes before treatment, both groups had obviously improved indexes after treatment, and their difference had statistical significance (P〈0.05). The difference between the two groups had no statistical significance after treatment (P〉0.05). Conclusion Implement of traditional Chinese medicine flavored Siling powder for treating diabetic macular edema provides short-term effect, while this method has no obvious difference in curative effect from peribulbar injection of TA.
