随着中国人口老龄化、预期寿命的延长、养老金支付压力的增加以及养老保险制度与中国目前的现状愈来愈不相适应,尤其在综合未来中国人口结构的失调与劳动力的供给分析的基础上,延迟退休年龄成了缓解我国养老问题的深化改革的方向。基于各国延迟退休年龄的概况、延迟退休年龄的合理性分析和实施路径探究来讨论延迟退休年龄的合理性,希望能对我国养老保障制度的深化改革有所启示。

China has been experiencing an aging population. People enjoy long expectation of life so the old-age pension system is under great pressure. Considering the imbalance of China＇ s future population structure and labor force support, postponing the retirement age is the direction for China to solve the problem of supporting old people. Based on the current situation and analysis, a reasonable postponed retirement age is discussed in order to provide a helpful reference for the retirement pension system reform.
