互动式经皮肾镜取石术仿真系统的建立:附视频 被引量:1

Development of interactive simulation system for percutaneous nephrolithotomy

摘要 目的建立经皮肾镜碎石取石术虚拟仿真系统。方法采集12例肾结石患者CT数据,利用Mimics等软件进行三维重建及优化,并通过Unity三维引擎实现互动的术前规划及手术模拟。结果成功建立了个体化患肾模型,并实现术前模拟的互动操作。结论利用这一系统可协助术者综合术前影像学资料更为有效的进行术前规划,利于降低手术并发症发生率及提高碎石率。 Objective To develop a simulation system for percutaneous nephrolithotomy. Mothods CT scan images from 12 patients of kidney stone were gathered, 3D reconstruction were done with Mimics, which was then ultilized in Unity for pre-operative planning and surgery simulation. Results Personalized kidney models were reconstructed and interactive pre-operative simulation system was developed. Conclusion This system can facilitate pre-operative planning which could decrease complication rate and improve stone removal rate.
