经皮肾镜取石术后全身炎症反应综合征的麻醉相关风险因素分析 被引量：10

摘要 自1976年经皮肾镜取石术(PCNL)首次应用于临床以来,该术式成为多数上尿路结石的首选治疗方法。尽管随着手术方式和麻醉技术的发展,PCNL患者术后仍然存在一定比例的并发症,如术后发热甚至全身炎性反应综合征。本文综合国内外研究进展对经皮肾镜取石术后全身炎症反应综合征的流行病学、诊断、麻醉相关因素及预防做一综述。
