社区高血压管理模式对高血压病患者并发脑卒中的影响

Effect of community hypertension management model on stroke in patients with hypertension

目的探讨社区高血压管理模式对高血压并发脑卒中的影响作用。方法回顾性分析我社区自2014年3月至2015年3月收治的120例高血压患者的临床资料,根据随机的原则,将患者分为观察组60例与对照组60例,两组患者均给予相同的用药及基础治疗,对照组患者给予常规管理,即患者到社区检查后,给予用药、饮食、健康教育等干预,观察组患者给予社区高血压管理模式。结果两组患者血压控制率比较,结果具有显著性差异(P<0.05)。观察组患者脑卒中发生率、脑卒中2次以上发生率比较,均明显低于对照组患者(P<0.05)。结论采用社区高血压管理,给予患者提供一套科学、合理且有效的预防及治疗方案,可明显降低患者血压,降低脑卒中发生的风险,提高患者生存质量。

Objective To investigate the effect of community hypertension management model on stroke in hypertension patients. Methods The clinical data of 120 hypertension patients from March 2014 to March 2015 in our community were collected and retrospectively analyzed. These patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 60 in each group. All patients received the same medicine and basic treatment. However, the management for patients in the control group included conventional medicine, diet, and health education, while the patients in the observation group were treated with community hypertension management model. Results There was a significant difference in blood control rate between the two groups （P〈0.05）. The incidence of stroke and recurrent stroke in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group （P〈O.05）. Conclusion Community hypertension management model and a set of scientific, rational, and efficient preventive and therapeutic schedule would substantially reduce blood pressure and decrease the risk of stroke and improve patients＂ quality of life.
