在中国，缺血性卒中已成为致残和死亡的主要原因之一。多项研究证实，低白蛋白血症为缺血性卒中的独立危险因素，可影响缺血性卒中的严重程度和转归。文章就血清白蛋白与缺血性卒中的关系、低白蛋白水平的病因、白蛋白对缺血性卒中的作用和如何补充白蛋白进行了综述，旨在提高临床医生对缺血性卒中患者低白蛋白血症的重视，及时和合理地补充营养。

Ischemic stroke has become one of the leading causes of disability and death in China. A number of studies have conf＇n＇med that hypoalbuminemia is an independent risk factor for ischemic stroke. It affects the severity of ischemie stroke and outcomes. This article reviews the relationship between serum albumin and ischenlic stroke, the cause of low albumin level, the effect of albumin on ischemic stroke, and how to supplement albumin in order to hnprove the clinician＇s attention for hypoalbuminemia in patients with ischemic stroke and supplement nutrition timely and reasonably.
