摘要
目的探讨新疆维稳期间民兵觉察压力、应对方式与心理应激间的关系,以及两者对心理应激影响程度的大小。方法采用整群抽样法选取新疆维稳民兵832名,运用觉察压力量表、简易应对方式问卷和军人心理应激自评问卷进行调查分析。结果 (1)心理应激与消极应对、觉察压力中的预测感呈正相关(P<0.05,P<0.01),与控制感、超载感呈负相关(P<0.01)。(2)影响维稳民兵心理应激的因素是预测感、控制感、超载感和消极应对;影响维稳民兵消极应对的因素是控制感。(3)觉察压力各维度均对心理应激有直接效应;消极应对在控制感与心理应激间有中介作用,其间接效应值为0.008,占总效应比0.148(5.7%)。结论觉察压力和消极应对是导致维稳民兵心理应激的两个重要影响因素,其中觉察压力更为明显;消极应对在控制感与心理应激间具有部分中介作用。
Objective To explore the relationship among perceived stress, coping style and psychological stress of militiamen during period of maintaining social stability in Xinjiang, and degree of the influence of perceived stress, coping style on psychological stress. Methods 832 militiamen participated in maintaining social stability of Xinjiang were selected by cluster sampling method, and were investigated by self-reported questionnaire of perceived stress, coping style and psychological stress. Results(1) Psychological stress had positive correlation with negative coping and prediction sense of perceived stress(P〈0.01,P〈0.01), and had negative correlation with sense of control and overload(P〈0.01).(2) Factors that affect psychological stress of militiamen participated in maintaining social stability were prediction sense, control sense, overload feeling and negative coping. Factors that affect negative response of militiamen was sense of control.(3) All dimensions of perceived stress had a direct effect on psychological stress. Negative response had a mediate role between control sense and psychological stress, its indirect effect value was 0.008, accounted for 5.7% of the total effect ratio(0.148). Conclusions Perceived stress and negative coping are two important effect factors that affect psychological stress of militiamen in maintaining social stability, and perceived stress is more obvious; negative coping plays a intermediary role between sense of control and psychological stress.
