加强区域性灾害医学救援能力建设的探讨

Discussion on strengthening the construction of regional emergency medical rescue competency

从现阶段灾害医学救援现状出发,基于整合资源、合理布点、高效联动、信息共享的实际需要,简述建立区域性灾害医学救援中心的必要性。鉴于区域性灾害医学救援能力是区域性医学救援建设的重要内容,结合重大灾难医学救援行动,笔者认为可从法制、信息化、救援队伍能力、演练、救援装备、救援观念等方面,对区域性灾害医学救援能力建设进行探索。

From the present situation of disaster medical rescue, based on the integration of resources, reasonable distribution and efficient linkage, as well as the actual needs of information sharing, outlining the necessity of establishing a regional medical rescue center. In view of regional emergency medical rescue competency being an important content of construction of regional medical rescue, and combining with major disaster medical rescue, this paper will explore regional emergency medical rescue capability construction from the factors of legal system, informationization, rescue teams ability, drill, rescue equipment and rescue concept.
