摘要
笔者阐释了武警(Chinese People’s Armed Police Forces,PAP)无缝医学救援中急性缺血性脑卒中(acute ischemic stroke,AIS)远程治疗模式,探讨对AIS患者在发病后的黄金3小时内,实行24小时溶栓治疗服务,为无缝医学救援应用于AIS治疗提供依据。
The author described a pattern of remote thrombolytic therapy for acute ischemic stroke. The application of 24 hours thrombolytic therapy in patients within 3 hours after onset of AIS, was investigated to provide basis for seamless medical rescue of Chinese People＇s Armed Police Forces（PAP）.
