摘要
填充床动态特性的准确描述是压缩空气储能系统建模的关键。采用Kunii的一维非稳态导热-扩散两相模型来描述稳态填充床的传热现象,采用MATLAB数值计算方法求解了相应的偏微分方程,得到了模型的数值解和模拟图形,并基于ANSYS FLUENT 14.0对填充床内的流体动力学和传热特性进行了仿真,通过计算得到了填充床出口空气温度与入口空气质量流量的传递函数,实验结果表明计算所得的传递函数能够完整表述填充床储热动态特性。
Compressed air energy storage is recognized as an energy storage technology more suitable for large scale system. And the thermal storage technology could be regarded as an important means to improve the storage efficiency effectively. The accurate description of the dynamic characteristics of packed bed contributes mainly to the modeling in compressed air energy storage system. In this paper one dimensional unsteady heat conduction diffusion two - phase model was employed to describe the steady - state heat transfer in a packed bed. Accordingly, by solving the corre- sponding partial differential equations with MATLAB numerical methods the numerical model and the simulation graph- ics were achieved. At the same time the simulation of fluid dynamics and heat transfer characteristics of packed bed were carried out based on ANSYS FLUENT 14.0. Then the data were collected on the transfer function between the outlet temperature and the air mass flow rate of entrance by calculation. The experimental results show that the transfer function can describe the dynamic heat storage characteristics of packed bed more completely.
