摘要 以一系列不同结构的自制季铵羧酸盐催化六亚甲基二异氰酸酯(HDI)三聚反应并对其催化选择性进行研究。通过傅里叶红外光谱(FT-IR)、电喷雾电离质谱(ESI-MS)和凝胶渗透色谱(GPC)对三聚反应产物的结构进行了表征,通过对GPC数据的分析处理,研究了催化剂结构与三聚反应选择性的关系。结果表明,自制季铵羧酸盐可以有效催化HDI的三聚反应,其结构的变化导致了明显的催化选择性差异;随着季铵羧酸盐催化剂中羧酸根上碳链长度的增加,三聚催化选择性呈增大趋势,而羧酸根电子效应的变化则对三聚催化选择性影响较小。 The catalytic selectivity of the hexamethylene diisocyanate (HDI) trimerization used a series of quaternary ammonium earboxylate with different structure was studied. The structure of trimerization product was characterized by FT-IR and ESI-MS. The catalytic se- lectivity of HDI trimerization was calculated based on the GPC results. The result showed that the self-prepared quaternary ammonium earboxylate was an effective catalyst for HDI trimerization. The different structure of quaternary ammonium carboxylate could result in different catalytic selectivity. An increase of carbon chain length of carboxylic acid group bonded to earboxylate could enhance the catalytic selectivity of HDI trimerization while the change of electronic effect of carboxylic acid group had a little effect on the catalytic selectivity.
