摘要 以丙烯酸丁酯(BA)、甲基丙烯酸甲酯(MMA)、丙烯酸(AA)为反应单体,十二烷基硫酸钠为活性剂,过硫酸钾为引发剂,水为分散介质,采用预乳液聚合法合成了三元体系可剥离涂料,利用红外光谱(FT-IR)、核磁共振(1H-NMR)、原子吸收光谱仪、热重分析(TG)和激光粒度分析方法对其结构、热稳定性及相形态进行研究;并且在不同单体配比条件下,对产物微球的粒径和粒径分布以及合成产物在不同基材表面的成膜性及可剥离性进行了研究;同时考察了涂料对模拟核素Cs+、Sr2+以及Cs++Sr2+的去污效果。结果表明:实验成功合成了目标产物,该产物热分解温度为376℃,具有良好的热稳定性;涂料能在不同基材表面连续成膜且完整剥离,具有优良的成膜及可剥离性;对模拟核素Cs+、Sr2+以及Cs++Sr2+的吸附去污率均能达到85%以上。 A terpolymer based peelable antifouling coating system was prepared from n- butyl acrylate( BA), methacrylic acid methyl ester (MMA) and acrylic acid(AA) as reactive monomers, sodium dodecyl sulfate (SDS) as surfactant, potassium persulfate as initiator, and water as dispersion medium by emulsion copolymerization. The structure, thermal stability and phase state of the prepared coating system were characterized by Fourier transform infrared spectrum ( FT- IR ), nuclear magnetic resonance spectrum ( 1 H-NMR), atomic absorption spectroscopy (AAS) and thermogravimetry analysis (TGA). The effects of different monomer ratio on the particle size and distribution of emulsion and the film-forming and peelable performance thereof on different substrate were investigated. The result showed that the coating system had good thermal stability with its thermal decomposition temperature up to 376 ℃, and good film-forming and peelable performance on different substrate. Meanwhile, the anti- fouling test showed that the peelable coating system gave an absorptivity of analog nuclide Cs+, Sr2+ and Cs++Sr2+ more than 85%.
