摘要 为了降低国内老汽车工厂涂装车间VOC的排放,建议的措施是对其工艺流程、规划布局进行更新,并根据新的工艺进行系统升级改造,以达到日益提高的环保要求。同时为了避免老工厂涂装车间报废和建造新涂装车间的高额投资,将老工厂溶剂型涂装工艺改造为水性涂装工艺是一个可行的办法。文中对上海通用汽车有限公司东岳工厂水性漆改造项目的工艺布置和改造过程进行了详细阐述。其中改造后涂装车间的VOC排放能减少约530 g/台,每年的减排量可达约140 t;同时,车身表面的外观质量也有了一定程度的提高。 In order to reduce VOC emission from the old paint shops of domestic automobile plants and to meet the requirement of the increasingly stringent environmental pro- tection laws, the innovations such as upgrade of production process and its layout have been carried out. Moreover, a modification that the old solvent-based painting process is transferred to waterborne painting process has been applied so as to avoid high cost of eliminating old painting lines and building new upgraded painting lines. This article describes the process layout and modification of waterborne painting shop of Dongyue Plant affiliated to Shanghai General Motor Co., Ltd. The modified paint shop can reduce VOC emission approx.530 g per vehicle, summed up to 140 tons per year. Meanwhile, the appearance of the coated vehicle body is improved.
