摘要 为了解决恶劣环境下大跨径斜拉桥斜拉索振动控制问题,提出了永磁电涡流杠杆质量减振器(ELMD)减振技术。基于ELMD的构造特性及减振机理,推导了ELMD导体盘单体的旋转阻尼系数及系统的等效阻尼参数,以中朝鸭绿江界河公路大桥为背景,计算了安装该阻尼器后的斜拉索的阻尼特性,并进行了实桥振动控制性能测试。结果表明,安装ELMD后,斜拉索的振动衰减明显;ELMD阻尼器能够满足该桥斜拉索的阻尼减振要求。ELMD阻尼减振技术可有效解决恶劣环境下大跨度斜拉桥斜拉索振动控制问题。 To provide solution to the vibration control of stay cables of long span cable-stayed bridges in the harsh environment, the damping techniques of the eddy-current lever mass damper (ELMD) with permanent magnets were developed. In accordance with the structural characteristics and damping mechanism of the ELMD, the rotational damping coefficients and system equivalent damping parameters of the circular conductor unit of the ELMD were derived. By way of example of the China-Korea Yalu Boundary River Highway Bridge, the damping characteristics of a stay cable after the ELMD was installed were calculated and the vibration control performance of the stay cable on the actual bridge was tested. The results show that after the installation of the ELMD, the vibration decrement of the stay cable is significant. The ELMD can satisfy the vibration damping requirements of the stay cable of the bridge and consequently the damping techniques of the ELMD can provide effective solution to the vibration control of the stay cables of long span cable-stayed bridges in the harsh environment.
