摘要
目的 :探讨重组人粒细胞巨噬细胞集落刺激因子(recombinant human granulocyte macrophage colony-stimulating factor,rh GM-CSF)凝胶治疗鼻咽癌急性放射性皮炎的临床疗效。方法 :将鼻咽癌首程放疗出现≥Ⅱ级急性放射性皮炎的70例患者随机分为A组(rh GM-CSF凝胶治疗组)和B组(聚维酮碘治疗组)各35例,比较2组患者的有效率、创面愈合时间和放疗中断时间。结果 :rh GM-CSF凝胶治疗组急性放射性皮炎的有效率、创面愈合时间和放疗中断时间分别为100%(35/35)、(7.2±1.2)d和(6.6±0.8)d,聚维酮碘治疗组分别为68.6%(24/35)、(11.9±2.3)d和(9.8±1.1)d。rh GM-CSF凝胶治疗组急性放射性皮炎的有效率高于聚维酮碘治疗组,创面愈合时间和放疗中断时间短于聚维酮碘治疗组(P值均<0.01)。结论 :rh GM-CSF是一种有效治疗鼻咽癌急性放射性皮炎的方法。
Objective: To evaluate the effectiveness of recombinant human granulocyte macrophage colony-stimulating factor (rhGM-CSF) in treatment of acute radiodermatitis in patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma (NPC).Methods: Seventy nasopharyngeal carcinoma patients with severe acute radiodermatitis (≥ grade Ⅱ) were randomly divided into group A (N = 35, intervention with rhGM-CSF gel) and group B (N = 35, intervention with povidone-iodine). The effectiveness, wound healing time, and duration of radiation interruption due to radiodermatitis were compared.Results: The effective rate of group A was higher than that of group B [1 00.0% (35/35) vs 68.6% (24/35), P 〈 0.01]. The wound healing time and duration of radiation interruption due to radiodermatitis of group A were shortened as compared with those of group B (7.2±1.2 vs 11.9±2.3 d,P〈 0.01; 6.6±0.8 vs 9.8±1.1 d,P〈 0.01).Conclusion: rhGM-CSF gel is effective in treatment of acute radiodermatitis in patients with NPC.
