重组人粒细胞巨噬细胞集落刺激因子对鼻咽癌急性放射性皮炎的治疗 被引量:4

rhGM-CSF in treatment of acute radiodermatitis in patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma

摘要 目的 :探讨重组人粒细胞巨噬细胞集落刺激因子(recombinant human granulocyte macrophage colony-stimulating factor,rh GM-CSF)凝胶治疗鼻咽癌急性放射性皮炎的临床疗效。方法 :将鼻咽癌首程放疗出现≥Ⅱ级急性放射性皮炎的70例患者随机分为A组(rh GM-CSF凝胶治疗组)和B组(聚维酮碘治疗组)各35例,比较2组患者的有效率、创面愈合时间和放疗中断时间。结果 :rh GM-CSF凝胶治疗组急性放射性皮炎的有效率、创面愈合时间和放疗中断时间分别为100%(35/35)、(7.2±1.2)d和(6.6±0.8)d,聚维酮碘治疗组分别为68.6%(24/35)、(11.9±2.3)d和(9.8±1.1)d。rh GM-CSF凝胶治疗组急性放射性皮炎的有效率高于聚维酮碘治疗组,创面愈合时间和放疗中断时间短于聚维酮碘治疗组(P值均<0.01)。结论 :rh GM-CSF是一种有效治疗鼻咽癌急性放射性皮炎的方法。 Objective: To evaluate the effectiveness of recombinant human granulocyte macrophage colony-stimulating factor (rhGM-CSF) in treatment of acute radiodermatitis in patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma (NPC).Methods: Seventy nasopharyngeal carcinoma patients with severe acute radiodermatitis (≥ grade Ⅱ) were randomly divided into group A (N = 35, intervention with rhGM-CSF gel) and group B (N = 35, intervention with povidone-iodine). The effectiveness, wound healing time, and duration of radiation interruption due to radiodermatitis were compared.Results: The effective rate of group A was higher than that of group B [1 00.0% (35/35) vs 68.6% (24/35), P 〈 0.01]. The wound healing time and duration of radiation interruption due to radiodermatitis of group A were shortened as compared with those of group B (7.2±1.2 vs 11.9±2.3 d,P〈 0.01; 6.6±0.8 vs 9.8±1.1 d,P〈 0.01).Conclusion: rhGM-CSF gel is effective in treatment of acute radiodermatitis in patients with NPC.
