老年ACS伴HHCY患者血清MMP-2与冠脉病变的相关性 被引量:1

Correlation between serum MMP-2 level and severity of coronary artery disease in aged ACS patients with hyperhomocysteinemia

摘要 目的:探讨老年急性冠脉综合征(ACS)伴高同型半胱氨酸血症(HHCY)患者血清基质金属蛋白酶(MMP-2)水平与冠脉病变严重程度的相关性。方法:收集老年ACS患者105例,依据血清同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)水平分为ACS伴HHCY组(56例)与单纯ACS组(49例),选择65例健康体检者作为健康对照组。以Gensini积分表示冠状动脉病变严重程度;采用酶联免疫吸附试验法检测各组血清MMP-2水平。结果:与健康对照组比较,HHCY伴ACS组和单纯ACS组MMP-2水平均显著升高[(140.8±50.1)ng/ml比(442.5±98.2)ng/ml、(297.9±86.3)ng/ml,P均<0.01]。ACS伴HHCY组Gensini积分明显高于单纯ACS组[(1.9±0.2)分比(1.1±0.3)分,P<0.01]。Pearson相关分析显示,ACS伴HHCY组Gensini积分与MMP-2水平呈正相关(r=0.424,P<0.05)。结论:在老年人群中,急性冠脉综合征伴高同型半胱氨酸血症患者的血清基质金属蛋白酶2水平与冠脉病变严重程度呈显著正相关。 Objectivey To explore the correlation between serum level ot matrix metalloprotelnase 2 (MMP-2) ailU severity of coronary artery disease in aged patients with acute coronary syndrome (ACS) complicated hyperhomocysteinemia (HHCY). Methods.. According to serum level of homocysteine (Hcy), a total of 105 aged ACS patients were selected and divided into ACS+ HHCY group (n= 56) and pure ACS patients (n= 49), another 65 healthy individuals were enrolled as healthy control group. The severity of coronary artery disease was showed by Gensini score ; enzyme linked immunosorbent assay was used to measure serum MMP-2 level in each group. Results.. Com- pared with healthy control group, there were significant rise in MMP-2 level E (140.8± 50.1) ng/ml vs. (442.5 ± 98. 2) ng/ml, (297. 9± 86. 3) ng/ml] in ACS+ HHCY group and pure ACS group, P〈0.01. Gensini score in ACS + HHCY group was significantly higher than that of pure ACS group E (1.9 + 0.2) scores vs. (1.1 ± 0.3) scores, P d0. 011. Pearson correlation analysis indicated that Gensini score was positively correlated with MMP-2 level in ACS + HHCY group (r = 0. 424, P〈0.05). Conclusion.. The serum MMP-2 level is significantly positively correla- ted with severity of coronary artery disease in aged patients with ACS complicated HHCY.
