组织公平感的概念、结构和实证研究结果 被引量:1

摘要 现行有关组织公平感的维度和测量研究主要集中在分配公平、程序公平和互动公平三个方面;员工的组织认同、情感承诺、创新行为和离职意向受到组织公平感的积极影响显著。未来需要在多维度测量、跨文化比较和时间变化方面对组织公平感进一步深入探究。
