沥青混凝土路面运营初期弯沉衰变及其分级标准建立

摘要 针对陕西省7条高速公路沥青混凝土路面交竣工的弯沉检测数据,利用SPSS统计软件对弯沉数据进行正态检验,并分析弯沉衰变幅度及其衰变值的分布区间。参照现行沥青混凝土路面运营初期弯沉指标的评价模型和分级方法,应用衰变模型公式,得到衰变模型系数,进而确定出陕西省不同气候分区的弯沉SSI(单位:0.01mm)衰变值的分级评价标准。结果表明:弯沉指标的交工-竣工数据呈现衰减趋势,陕南和陕北地区高速公路的弯沉衰变幅度较大,关中地区衰变较小;选取弯沉SSI的5%和95%值作为衰变分布区间,得到陕南、关中和陕北地区分别为(0.58,6.51)、(0.54,2.47)、(1.14,3.83)。通过工程实例分析,进一步说明所提出的衰变模型公式和分级评价标准可以较好地应用于弯沉衰变的评价中。 In the light of deflection testing data of delivery and completion from seven asphalt pavement of expressway in Shaanxi Province, normality test is made for deflection data through statistical software SPSS, decay range and value distribution of deflection are analyzed. Refer to the existing evaluation model and grading method of deflection in initial stage of operation for asphalt pavement, decay model formula is applied, and decay model coefficients is obtained, and then grading evaluation standard of SSI decay value for different climate partition in Shaanxi Province are determined. The results show that: deflection data from delivery and completion shows a decay trend, the decay range of expressway deflection is larger in southern and northern Shaanxi, and smaller in Guanzhong region. 5% and 95% of the SSI value are selected as decay distribution range, that is, southern Shaanxi, Guanzhong and northern Shaanxi respectively is (0.58, 6.51), (0.54, 2.47), (1.14, 3.83), units are 0.0. lmm. By engineering examples, it further explained that the proposed decay model formula and grading evaluation standard can be applied to the evaluation of deflection decay.
