南京长江第二大桥环氧沥青混凝土铺装服役13年回顾 被引量:15

Service Condition Survey and Analysis of Epoxy Asphalt Concrete Pavement on Nanjing Second Yangtze River Bridge after Thirteen Years Life

摘要 作为国内首次采用环氧沥青混凝土进行钢桥铺装的南京长江第二大桥运营至2013年已近13年,铺装层尚无进行过大面积铣刨维修,是我国钢桥面铺装工程的标杆。文中统计分析了南京长江第二大桥环氧铺装层13年间的运营交通量数据,铺装病害面积、类型与数量。交通量统计分析结果显示,南京长江第二大桥13年间所经受的累计轴载次数已超过最初设计的1 200万次轴载次数,综合南京长江第二大桥环氧铺装13年间无大修的状态,可以得出南京长江第二大桥环氧沥青混凝土铺装符合设计要求,实现了设计年限内的正常运营。研究得出的铺装病害面积、数量与年限的变化规律,可为同类桥梁铺装的日常维养提供参考与借鉴。 As the first bridge using epoxy asphalt pavement and the good example, the Nanjing Second Yangtze River Bridge has been serviced for thirteen years, and the milling repair hasn't occurred for the pavement. The survey and traffic condition for the pavement during thirteen years service are investigated, including the distress area, type and amount of the pavement and the traffic volume. Research result shows that the cumulative axle load times of Nanjing Second Yangtze River Bridge is more than twelve million cycles that is the designed limit values. The epoxy asphalt pavement of Nanjing Second Yangtze River Bridge meets the design requirement. The findings provide the maintenance reference for pavement on other bridge.
