摘要
通过工业CT断层扫描技术对标准的马歇尔试件进行了分析,并通过灰度识别方法确定了骨料、胶浆和空隙在灰度图中的概率分布特性,进而确定三者在沥青混合料中的几何信息和空间分布。为了确定空隙对于沥青混合料宏观强度的影响,将沥青混凝土中的空隙等效为裂纹并使用考虑了裂纹夹杂的广义自洽理论来定性分析裂纹的长度和密度与材料宏观强度之间的关系。并通过上述理论对马歇尔试件的几个典型断面进行分析,进而判断其薄弱位置。
Through the industry computed tomography technology, the standard marshal specimen has been analyzed and evaluated, and the space distribution and geometry of aggregate, mortar and void in asphalt mixture are divided respectively by utilizing the Grey identification method. In order to analyze and research the relationship between the macro strength characteristic and the meso void distribution and density, the general self-consistent method is employed by the assumption that the void has been considered as the meso crack. The impact on the asphalt mixture strength due to the density and length parameters of the crack has also been obtained qualitatively by using the fore methodology. Finally, a series of computer scanning section of the standard Marshall specimen are chosen for evaluating the weak segment of the section.
