摘要
针对"界面脱黏"这种桥梁连续式伸缩缝最常见的一种病害,采用有限元方法,对双轮垂直荷载作用下的伸缩缝铺装层应力响应进行分析,并对不同荷载作用位置、界面接触状态、伸缩缝铺装与桥面铺装材料的模量比、伸缩缝铺装厚度及宽度变化下的界面法向拉应力进行探讨分析。结果表明,当荷载作用在伸缩缝铺装的一侧且轮迹边缘位于界面上时应力作用最大,通过选择柔性更大、变形协调更好的伸缩缝材料,并选择较厚的伸缩缝铺装、宽度选择45~50cm,并且将界面进行粗糙化处理才能有效地改善应力状态以减缓甚至避免"界面脱黏"病害。在此基础上,得出了连续式伸缩缝铺装参数设计方法,为实体工程的设计和施工提供了思路。
"Interface de bonding" is a common disease in the continuous bridge expansion joint. Finite element method is adopted to analyze the mechanical response of the expansion joint pavement under the double vertical load. The interfacer s normal tensile stress under the condition of the different load position, the interface contact state, the modulus ratio of expansion joint pavement and bridge pavement, the thickness and width of expansion joint pavement are also discussed. The results show that, when the load is in the side of the expansion joint pavement and the edge of the wheel track on the interface, the two stressing are the largest. In order to improve the stress state effectively to slow down or even avoid the "interface de-bonding" diseases, it is necessary to choose the appropriate expansion joint material which ismore also n which flexible, the thicker pavement, pavement width 45-50 cm, ecessary.
