摘要
分析公路隧道施工和运营阶段的能源消耗、建立公路隧道节能减排框架体系,是优化公路隧道设计方案、实现公路隧道节能减排最基础的理论依据。按照交通运输科学发展要求,在分析公路隧道节能减排内涵的基础上,提出涵盖顶层、中层和底层的公路隧道节能减排总体框架,并重点阐述了公路隧道节能减排专项规划的关键内容:总体目标、具体措施、重点工作和效益分析。工程实践表明,公路隧道综合运用结构性、技术性和管理性节能减排措施,其经济、社会、生态效益极其显著,应予以大力推广应用。
Analyzing the energy consumption of road tunnel construction and operation and establishing frame system of energy-saving and emission reduction constitute the theoretical basis to achieve the goals of optimizing road tunnel design scheme and achieving energy-saving and emission reduction of road tunnels. According to the scientific development of transportation requirements, based on the analysis implications for energy-saving and emission reduction of road tunnels, the general framework for energy-saving and emission reduction of road tunnels is put forward in the paper covering the top, medium and bottom. Furthermore the key contents of special planning for road tunnel energy- saving emission reduction are discussed. Road tunnel engineering practice shows that through the integrated use of structural, technical and administrative energy-saving emission reduction technologies, the economic, social and ecological benefit is very prominent. The research results should be popularized.
