摘要
电触头作为电器设备的关键元件之一,既是载流体,又是机械零部件,要求其具有良好的导电导热性、耐电弧烧损能力、抗熔焊性能、低而稳定的接触电阻、一定的强度和易于机械加工等。为防止电触头在熔渗过程中发生表面渗银现象,将球磨法用于熔渗法制作电触头的工艺中,对样品进行了表面的微观形貌分析、金相组织、力学性能、导电率等测试。结果表明:此方法效果良好,降低了产品不良率,可用于实际生产。
As one of the essential components of electrical equipment, electric contact is both the current carrier and mechanical part, which requires good thermal and electrical conductivity, arc ablation resistance, fusion welding resistance, low and stable contact resistance, a certain extent of strength and easy to be machined, etc. In this paper, in order to prevent silver exudation in infiltra- tion, mechanical ball milling method is used. Surface micro-topography, microstructure, mechanical properties and electric conductivity of samples are tested and analyzed. The results show that this method is effective and can be applied to practice.
