玻纤增强复合材料表层融冰电气特性研究

摘要 为研究玻纤增强树脂复合材料及涂覆不同疏水涂层样品覆冰融冰电气特性,在复合材料杆塔的材料表面覆冰情况下,进行相关涂料与冰面间融冰速度差异对比及样品融冰闪络试验。结果表明:相同规格的复合材料样品,涂覆超疏水涂层试样表层更容易脱冰,冰块会沿着表层整体滑脱;涂覆有涂料的复合材料棒的冰闪络电压均高于空白覆冰试样。 Ice-melting electrical characteristics of glass fiber reinforced polymer (FRP) composite material samples which coated with different hydrophobic coatings were studied. The study found that the ice could be easier to slide down from the surface of the FRP composited material samples coated with super hydrophobic coating, and would slip along the surface as a whole; Ice-melting flashover voltages of samples coated with paint were higher than the samples with no coating, and the minimum ice-melting fiashover voltages were improved at least 19% compared to the blank samples.
