摘要
阐述了现行标准JB/T 10383—2002《铆钉电触头技术条件》存在适用范围的描述不够严谨、尺寸公差规定过宽、对复层形状的描述欠妥以及缺少铆钉总长公差、钉脚导入角与锥孔、尺寸结构的推荐和裂纹的分类规定等不足,提出了相应的修改建议。
This paper describes that the present standard Technical Specification for Electrical Contact Rivet has some defects： description of the application scope is not strict enough; dimension tolerances are too wide; description for the cladding layer shape is not proper; not only recommendations for tolerance of the rivet total length, entrance angle, taper hole and dimension structures, but also the classification stipulations of cracks have not been mentioned. Base on the defects, this article puts forwards some corresponding suggestions for modification.
