摘要
针对沥青路面的灌缝施工,分析和探讨了开槽和不开槽灌缝两种施工工艺,详细介绍了灌缝机、开槽机以及高压热风枪等灌缝设备的工作原理、功能结构、施工流程、施工方案等,并对两种工艺的作业效果进行了跟踪观测和评定。通过实践得出,投入使用5年以内的公路路面裂缝,不用使用开槽灌缝的方式,不开槽灌缝的处治效果即可取得满意的效果。
Aimed at the slotting and no slotting crack pouring of asphalt pavement, construction technologies with were analyzed, and the working principle, functional structure, construction process and construction scheme of crack pouring equipment such as crack pouring machine, grooving machine and high pressure heat gun were introduced in detail. The working effect of both construction technologies was observed and appraised. The practice suggests that the cracks emerging on a highway which services less than 5 years shall be treated in the no- slotting way.
