摘要
针对涵洞施工较繁琐,工期较长,以及涵身结构易破坏、工后涵头变形、跳车等问题,通过结合武安市营玉公路涵洞工程,以钢波纹管替换钢筋混凝土,从拼装工艺、管周回填、施工机械荷载控制及洞口挡墙等方面出发,总结了多孔大直径钢波纹管涵的施工工艺,同时对各类施工工艺进行分析,为今后类似工程提供了参考依据。
Aimed at the problems of culvert construction such as long construction period, vulnerable culvert structure, deformation of the culvert front after construction and the bump, corrugated steel pipe was applied to replace the reinforced concrete in the culvert project of Yingyu Highway in Wu'an City. The construction technology of porous large-diameter corrugated steel pipe culvert was summarized in aspects of piecing up, backfill of the perimeter of pipes, load control of construction equipment and the retaining wall at the entrance, which provides reference for similar projects.
