摘要
目前,农村慢性病患病率不断升高。城乡二元经济结构和慢性病特征使农村慢性病患者的就医行为尤其特殊。文章从就医行为的概念和理论研究出发,梳理国内外研究成果,整理归纳其就医行为影响因素,为未来研究农村地区的慢性病防治提供借鉴。
The morbidity rate of chronic diseases keeps increasing in rural areas in recent years. Dual economic structure and the characteristics of chronic diseases made the rural patients＇ health-seeking behaviors different from the urban patients with chron- ic diseases, Based on the concept and theory of health-seeking behavior, relevant researches were analyzed. And its influencing fac- tors were summarized to provide references for further studies and control of chronic diseases in rural areas.
