Reviewing the researches on the relationship between health expenditure and quality of outcome from the macro perspective

在卫生费用不断上涨的背景下,居民的健康结果如何变化,是各国政策制定者普遍关注的问题。因此,了解卫生费用与结果质量之间的关系对各国卫生政策的制定具有重要的现实意义。与以往研究立足于微观水平不同的是,本研究从宏观角度出发,对有关卫生费用和结果质量关系的国际研究进行归纳分析,选取数据可信度高、方法学严谨及具有代表性国家的实证研究进行综述,为了解目前的研究进展、卫生费用和健康结果之间的关系提供现实依据。

Under the background of keeping-increasing health expenditure,the most concerned issue for health policy makers is t/＇~e changing trend of the population ＇ s health outcome. Therefore,it is very important to study the relationship between health ex- pendilure and quality of outcome. From the macro perspective,researches on the relationship between health expenditure and quali- ty of outcome were analyzed. Based on which,relevant empirical studies with more reliable data, rigorous methods and representa- tive countries were reviewed to provide evidence for fia＇ther study.
