同步扫描三角测量系统的精度分析

摘要 为了提高同步扫描三角测量系统的测量精度,对系统各个参数进行分析。首先,简要介绍了同步扫描三角测量系统的工作原理及系统参数构成。其次,根据系统参数,分析M1、M2、M3、M4、CCD的位置误差与角度误差、透镜及M3厚度误差对系统精度的影响,并得出系统参数在测量范围为0.6 m和10 m处的测量误差曲线。然后,根据对系统测量精度的影响程度,把系统参数从高到低进行排序,目的是为在机械设计及加工时对系统参数进行不同程度的重视。最后,对系统进行实验测量,获得三维点云。 In order to improve the measurement precision of the triangulation measurement system based on Synchronized Scanner, the system's parameters are analyzed. First, the system's principle and parameters are described briefly. Then, according to the system's parameters, the influence on the precision from the position errors and angle errors of M1, M2, M3, M4, CCD and the lens's position error and M3's thick error are analyzed. Based on the influence on measurement precision, the parameters are ranked in the aspect of importance. Finally, the system is constructed and the 3D results are acquired.
