茭白水溶性多糖提取工艺及单糖组成的研究 被引量:6

摘要 为进一步开发利用茭白资源,以茭白为原料,通过单因素实验和正交实验,从料液比、提取温度和提取时间三个方面研究其水溶性多糖提取条件,并运用高效液相色谱法对茭白水溶性多糖的单糖组成进行了分析。结果表明:各因素对茭白水溶性多糖提取的影响依次为提取温度>提取时间>料液比,在料液比1∶40、提取温度100℃以及提取时间4 h的最优工艺下,茭白水溶性多糖得率为10.69%;茭白水溶性多糖主要由半乳糖醛酸(21.92%)、葡萄糖(23.19%)、半乳糖(21.12%)和阿拉伯糖(20.57%)组成,并含有少量的甘露糖、鼠李糖和木糖。 For further development and utilization of Zizania latifolia,the extraction conditions of water soluble polysaccharides from Zizania latifolia were studied using monofactorial and orthogonal testing. Monosaccharide components of Zizania latifolia polysaccharides were analyzed by using HPLC.The results showed that the impact of various factors on Zizania latifolia polysaccharides extraction in the order of temperature time solid- liquid ratio.The optimum conditions of Zizania latifolia polysaccharides were solid- liquid ratio 1∶40,extraction temperature100 ℃ and extraction time 4 h. Under these conditions,the extraction rate reached 10.69%. Zizania latifolia polysaccharides were mainly composed of galacturonic acid,glucose,galatose and arabinose along with a small amount of mannose,rhamnose and xylose.
