摘要 低冰点推进剂MON-25应用于低温环境贮存和工作的飞行器中,可降低防止推进剂结冰可能产生的附加重量与能量消耗。通过对MON-25推进剂进行性能分析与试验验证,评价应用此推进剂的可行性。热力计算结果表明相同温度下,混合比相同时,MON-25推进剂组合的比冲性能比MON-3组合高;传热计算表明,在相同的初始温度下,由于MON-25组合性能高,内外壁温度略有提高;地面热试车结果证明更换MON-25推进剂后推力室能可靠工作,并且燃烧效率略有增加,发动机响应性能基本一致。 MON-25 is one kind of low freezing point propellant. It is applicable to the vehicle which operates and be stored in the low temperature environment to reduce the added weight and energy consumption caused by propellant freezing. The feasibility has been analyzed through performance analysis and firing test. The thermodynamic calculation result shows that the specific impulse performance of MON-25 propellant combination is better than MON-3 propellant combination at the same temperature and the same mixture ratio. Heat-transfer calculation shows that the inside and outer wall temperature is increased slightly because of the better performance of MON-25 propellant combination at the same initial temperature. Ground hot firing test shows that thrust chamber works reliably after changing the MON-25 propellant, the combustion efficiency is increased slightly and response performance of engine keeps all the same.
