运载火箭贮箱增压气体出流形式分析

Analysis on the Outflow of Pressurization Gas for the Tank of Launch Vehicle

摘要 对运载火箭预增压阶段贮箱的增压过程多种状态的增压气体出流形式进行物理建模和仿真。结果表明,不同贮箱增压气体出流形式对气枕空间的温度及压力分布有较大影响,在设计出流形式时,需要对出流的管路或扩散器进行结构优化。 Multi-outflow-types of pressurization gas, for tank pre-pressurization process of launch vehicle, is physically modeled and simulated. The results indicate that different outflow types of pressurization gas have great effects on the distribution of temperature and pressure in the tank ullage. When the outflow type is designed, the structure of outflow pipes or diffuser need to be optimized.
