变频调速机构和不间断电源在淬火行车中的应用

摘要 将可编程序逻辑控制器(PLC)与变频器相结合的交流变频调速机构应用于淬火行车的电控系统,同时对行车的主钩和副钩进行了变频化改造。结果,实现了行车宽幅调速,满足了淬火要求并提高了行车控制装置的运行可靠性。还配置了故障显示触摸屏,以便了解行车启动前及运行中的状况。此外,将不间断电源(UPS)应用于行车制动系统,提高了淬火行车的使用安全性。 An AC variable-frequency speed regulation device combing programmable logic controller (PLC)with frequency transformer was applied to electric control system of quenching crane (an overhead travelling crane ). Moreover, main and auxiliary suspenders of the quenching crane were remade to become variable-frequency. As a result, the speed of the crane may be regulated in a larger range, being able to perform desired quenching practice and raising operation reliability of control device of the quenching crane. The quenching crane was provided with a touch screen of displaying equipment failure in order to understand status of the crane before start and in operation. Furthermore, an uninterruptible power supply (UPS) was applied to brake system of the quenching crane, enhancing safety of the crane in service.
