摘要
采用金相检验、硬度测试和扫描电镜分析了YXR3钢模具早期失效的原因。结果表明,该模具显微组织不均匀,晶粒粗大,存在大块状碳化物和未溶碳化物,是导致YXR3钢模具失效的主要原因。针对上述原因,提出了相应的改进措施:采用低淬低回工艺,增加板条马氏体含量,提高模具韧性。
The cause of early failure of YXR3 steel die was analyzed by metallographic examination, hardness test and SEM. The results show that the die failure is mainly attributed to uneven microstructure, coarse grain, massive carbides and undissolved carbide present in it. In view of the above, the corresponding improvement measures, i.e., quenching from lower temperature and low tempering, were put forward to increase the lath martensite amount thereby to improve toughness of the die.
