摘要
由于其施工的特殊性且无现有规范可供参考,自卸臂结构强度一直是自卸船设计中重点关注的对象。以某自卸式散货船为例,详细分析了该船自卸臂和"A"字支架受力,介绍了各工况下风载等复杂载荷的计算方法,并利用有限元软件进行了整体建模和强度校核。计算过程对同类型的船舶相应结构的设计有一定的参考意义。
During the basic design of the self-unloading bulk carrier, safety of the boom and supports is a important point because no rules is related to this. Take a ship as a example, the boom and supports struc- tures are analyzed and FEA is done. Strength of its structure is checked and it can give other designers as a reference.
