排队论在电子阅览室服务系统中的应用

摘要 长久以来,图书馆电脑配备数量始终是根据经验估计。如何科学地计算电脑需求量是一个常被忽视却关乎图书馆基础设施投入的重要问题。本文将排队论的方法应用于解决电脑配备数量问题中,通过建立多服务台损失制M/M/s/K排队模型,模拟电子阅览室服务系统的运行状况,利用实地采集的数据和定量分析的方法,寻找最佳电脑配备数量,为决策提供科学的依据。 The quantity of computer requirement has for so long depended on empirical estimation, how- ever the method, that how to accurate measure and calculate computer demand, is used to be lack of thought- ful but actually concerns library infrastructure investment. The essay applied queuing theory into service and management system of E-reading room, by establishing mathematical model of multiple service windows & customer-losing queuing system M/M/s/K, simulating the real-world running condition, in order to find the optimal quantity of computer requirement and facilitate investment decision-making
